Finally, the onchain social gaming hub @farcade, built by @blackstock, is here!
It truly showcases the power of Frame V2 by enabling mini-games to be played directly within Warpcast. Farcade is essentially a gaming marketplace, with games like Tower Blocks, 2048, and Geo Wars already available, and more in the pipeline. It features its own achievement system and economic model: you’ll need tickets to play games, but you can earn tickets and coins by completing tasks.
The mini-game experience is smooth and fun, nearly matching the level of WeChat and Telegram games in mini-apps. one thing I’d love to see is more social features, ike a Farcaster friends leaderboard, to really harness the power of the Farcaster social graph.
All in all, Farcade’s future looks incredibly promising. Can’t wait to see what surprises lie ahead! 2 replies
