@cowriellc and @milesjennings are talking about Wyoming's new legal entity for DAOs!

I’m building DAOs where the voting token is based on participation/ doing work and you can’t trade the token. Would i be able to distribute funds the DAO earns under DUNA model? also, how do you register the DAO as a DUNA

Given your facts - I would think the various cooperative models may well provide your project the most viable entity structure.  

Would look at TX UNA (specifically allows for co-ops) and CO LCA.
