I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

Depending on your routine, I would recommend adding in some bodyweight workouts so that you can do them on travel. My routine is full of exercises like these, and you can add weight to most of them with bar or dumbbells.
