Introducing http://isitdecentralized.app, a tool that analyzes protocols and apps to determine their level of decentralization. Enter the name of a project or company, and it will generate a decentralization score between 0 and 5. This is an early version, and all feedback is welcome.

That surprised me as well. There's no bias in the framework, and you can see where the significant differences are. Main purpose is not necessarily to pick one over the other (though that comes with it), but more getting folks to start thinking about various aspects of a protocol's decentralization. A starting point.
