I’m not a Star Wars fan but always see people talking about Andor and Mandalorian.

If you know the basics of the original trilogy and rogue one, both are 95% accessible. There’s obscure refs to clone wars and stuff

Andor if you like darker more adult gritty drama, Mandalorian if you want lighter, more stylized Wild West style lore with a baby yoda cuteness overload.

Watching Rogue One first will enhance Andor but not necessary

Note that they’re on opposite sides of original trilogy chronologically
