That’s spot on! The best products can be explained in a sentence or less. It’s all about making it easy for users to become advocates.

Yes. And not only are they easily explained, they are immediately FELT. Instagram = photos Facebook = friends YouTube = videos WhatsApp = private messaging Dead simple to explain, laser focused utility, and highly emotive. Those three qualities must be in place or advocacy slows. Snapchat was hard to explain. Twitter was hard to explain. These apps didn’t see explosive growth as much as the ones above.
