Sports Outperformer Commit (16/13) Warm-up: 10 min padel Cardio: 40 min running Strenght: 20 mim abs Planned to play padel longer, but bc of the kindergarten next door I ended up explaining the game to the kids haha. Then went for a run instead - playing padel solo against the wall was way harder than it looks!
