Given recent rulings (Ripple, Coinbase dismissal) and regulatory shifts with the new administration, is it now safer to issue equity-like tokens to U.S. citizens tradable on decentralized exchanges and convertible to fiat? Curious about reduced SEC risks or clearer guidance—has anyone navigated this recently

currently navigating! the path is def. opening up, though v. slowly. we're launching an actual equity token, so biggest question on the table right now is tax treatment. still (cautiously) waiting to see how the market structure bill shapes out!
