One of the hardest parts of any project is keeping momentum after the initial launch. Once the "hype" wears off - the real work around polishing a product and building a loyal community sets in. There are no shortcuts and it's far less gratifying but easily the most essential part for long-term success.

1000 true fans vibes. Keep building for and engaging with your biggest fans. That should help keep you consistent and focused with out being distracted by the hype cycle or the quiet time after the hype.

Well said @coopahtroopa.eth I can’t agree more with the above. After the initial launch of most products or dapps, you will naturally see some decline in onboarding or transaction, so when the hype is gone, the tough gets going. No shortcuts to success!

This is exactly what I'm going through right now. I can't say that my project had a "hype" stage, but I'm currently struggling to make it resonate with people It's tough, but I believe this us the way through which I can build a small yet powerful community that ensures its long-term success🌹
