You'd think it'd be an easier thing for folks to do since so few things have really worked in this space, but it's surprisingly (depressingly?) rare to have folks in positions where they can make those sorts of changes/pivots actually commit to doing them (especially before it's too late). applies to non-crypto too

This is very true. With the dynamic nature of crypto & web 3, there’s no fixed blueprint for success. The space evolves on an hourly basis, making keen observation and open mindedness crucial for founders to adapt to the one thing that’s certain: constant changes.
