some simpler ideas to start: - remove the $5 fee for a period of time (week or two) and see what happens - try making Warps more liquid since they don’t seem to like degen, etc. Tipping is fun, but what can you do with Warps - Explore section is kinda meh, they could spice that up by making it more social and experimental Overall, reduce friction (fees, spam labels, etc) and try promoting cool content. The video thing I get now (liability) but they should test a way they can curate cool, fun video content into the home feed

Focusing on Warpcast and aligning it closer to a decentralised client, like the protocol. It should be free of algos etc and should be as vanilla as possible. Expose all API’s and then allow people to build upward rather than downstream for other clients.

What made FC so attractive before? For myself, I came here to see what devs/builders/founders are saying/doing/cooking. That's what I always tell my friends, follow the builders to find the right path, do not spam to increase interaction for the account meaninglessly. So, to get back on track, multi-dimensional discussions should be displayed more. Or simply, there's something for people to talk about all day long.

The problem is that people who have been spam-labelled are basically not deactivated Many Japanese were spam-labelled in February/March and many left because of it This problem has not yet been solved. As long as this problem exists, many Japanese are unlikely to recommend farcaster to their friends Only the person who has been spam-labelled can understand the pain of being spam-labelled. Some people spam unintentionally without any malicious intent, and those people should be given a chance to rehabilitate themselves. If you want people to recommend farcaster, I think you need to rethink that part. Sorry for my poor English, thank you for reading this text.

We need an influx of new users, but The current system creates a caste of users, making it difficult to engage with lower-level users. It is difficult for existing users to distinguish between bots and new users. I think we need to create more benefits for users to interact more actively with lower level users.
