Random differences I'm experiencing from VC -> building

- not constantly up to speed on crypto news anymore
- need to be way more ruthless with meeting requests
- noticed founders are more vulnerable when talking about challenges
- less personal time means needing to focus on things care about most and cutting rest

Particularly being ruthless about meeting requests within the last few weeks.

Feels like most people just want to check-in and get a macro take on the market and I find this to be less productive than deep naunced convos about product choices.
