There needs to be more reason to spend time on Degen Chain other than just yoloing random tokens that pump to 5m and then dump like 48 hours after. Daily allowance is such a powerful concept - I want to see more experiments around this that incentivize you to keep DEGEN on the L3.

I had been working on making this collection on the L3 mintable via tips (no need to spend your own degen). I'm pretty interested in an allocation//lockup bot that returns (up to 5% daily allocation) degen with nominal interest and then delegates remaining interest to user's choice of cause (at random?)
