In many ways - building onchain is actually easier to communicate. If you’re onchain - you immediately get it. I think this is why so many companies struggle to reach new users. They are so used to being onchain it’s hard to remember what it feels like to not be.

Perhaps this is a symptom of ideological thinking. Some percentage of onchain builders and brands are onchain because they believe in the tech or like the culture, but they can't clearly articulate the "real" value props of being onchain to new people. If they could, it would be easy to persuade the non-believers

Looking at this from a perspective of entrepreneur being relatively new to blockchain I find to sometimes hard to believe how poor the marketing is for some projects despite the amount of funds at their disposal. I wonder why is that so far away from a “classic” business approach.
