We have many @base and experienced social product users on Tako, so during the pre-event warmup, I wasn't surprised to find out that many of our users had already known and been users of Sofamon since last year! Are there any ongoing product updates you'd like to share to existing users? What's the current focus of the project (tech development/product/marketing/etc.)? 我们平台上有非常多base和社交产品的深度用户，所以在之前活动预热的时候，我毫不惊讶有很多用户都在去年玩过Sofamon哈哈。对于老用户，你是否有想同步的正在进行的产品更新？项目当前的发展重点是什么（开发/产品/市场/etc.）? @plus777

很好奇 @plus777 在设计Sofamon的时候，您是如何判断一个功能或特性是否值得保留？有没有一些被放弃的想法让您至今仍觉得遗憾的？

1. 把自己当成一个用户带入，过一遍用户的使用流程，觉得这个功能重要吗 2. 和团队成员一起讨论，这个功能重要嘛 3. 做user interview, 问用户，这个功能重要嘛 对于Sofamon来说，倒没有什么想法是觉得遗憾的，感觉回到过去，也还是这么会做这个产品，因为当时的认知就只有那么深了。目前的话倒是学习了很多，所以会用在新产品上。
