Could you share the inspiration behind Talent Protocol - what problem did you initially set out to solve? The inspiration behind Talent Protocol came from seeing how broken professional reputation is online. Traditional resumes and platforms like LinkedIn are filled with self-reported achievements that anyone can claim but are hard to verify. In crypto specifically, we noticed how difficult it was to find real builders among all the noise.

We created Talent Protocol to solve this by focusing on verified data rather than self-reported claims. Our core features include:

1. Builder Score - A reputation system based on 100% verified data from GitHub, blockchain activity, and other sources that proves someone's building capabilities.

2. Builder Rewards - A program that distributes weekly ETH to the most impactful builders on Base, without requiring applications or manual reviews.

3. Talent API - Allows developers to integrate verified reputation data into their apps (like Basenames and Etherscan do).
