dinner tonight: charcuterie sandwich > prosciutto di parma > caramelized onions > aged white cheddar > fig butter > sourdough i donāt know how else to explain how this tasted other than: ācharcuterieā i considered adding: green olives, walnuts, dates & thyme but held back also thought maybe balsamic reduction instead of fig butter, but that is too boring & probably would have required evoo & mootz, and then at that point iām just making a normal ass sammy (plus arugula & roasted red peppies)

I think I would have went with a milder cheese, but in general it sounds like a winner.
