my wife is sprouting broccoli sprouts to experiment with its ability to improve her aerobic capacity 🌱🏃🏻♀️ we have this jar setup bc it’s the least work of all the systems I’ve tried and doesn’t have any consumables besides the seeds themselves, which I purchased from sproutman

😂 stay tuned, yes it is very tough to test something like this when you can't double-blind A/B test yourself (as you know!!) one potential positive test readout is if she can do an exceptionally good aerobic performance beyond her usual range she has all sorts of hikes mapped out as possible tests 😵💫
