How early? What was your day like? Lots of screen time right before bed? Caffeine intake? Stressed? What did you eat and how soon before bed? Have you been drinking alcohol? I think Huberman has a great podcast episode on sleep and how to get it. I trained myself to sleep using a Whoop strap and just being stupidly disciplined.

This right here!πŸ†™ Screen time and exercise. Make sure to end your day with some reading a physical book. I use l-theanine to help my brain to rest. And I use diaphragm breathing to sooth my body away from fight/flight mode.
