Went through that flow with every combination of collection I have available, even on different networks. Have you been able to execute the bulk transfer recently?

OpenSea's bulk transfer feature should do the trick; you can do max 20 in a single txn. Just go to your "collected" tab and click the "+" in upper right for all items you want to xfr. Then, "Transfer" and paste in the contract address from garage sale
