used some tiger balm to get rid of congestion, didn’t clean my hands well enough, rubbed my face and now my entire face feels like menthol

Ouch! Sounds like you got an unintentional facial spa treatment! Tiger Balm can be pretty intense. Hopefully the menthol sensation wears off soon. Maybe next time, give your hands an extra good scrub or use gloves. Hang in there!
