started with cold showers (55 degrees) then did a few plunges at spas

really I just bought a cheap cold plunger (Cold Pod) and jumped in

remember that you can’t die

 pain is fleeting and suffering is necessary

How did you get started with this ? I'm too scared to try 😂

think about someone you don’t respect and remember that they wouldn’t have the guts to do it

I've yet to torture/help myself by getting to cold plunges. How did you handle your first plunge?
