tell me something that you did this week that you're appreciative of i ask you one favor: take 20 full seconds to really think about an event, even if it was just for split second, that was out of the ordinary perhaps this will have a ripple affect throughout the rest of your life perhaps it seems completely insignificant what was that event?

While riding the subway today, I offered my seat to a young couple, where the woman was pregnant. They were so grateful, the husband gave me a Starbucks gift card he had just bought for this work Christmas party. I didn’t want to accept but he insisted. When I went to get some coffee today, I paid for person behind me with the gift card and thus Paying it forward ❤️

A guy I met this week at a work conference who is towards the end of his career told me this last year he spent on a mission trip and I thought that was really neat. Says a lot about him and his faith and values. His name was Mack

I was going through so much stress and desperately needed a release (I didn’t even know it at the time) I made the decision to start a series this week, and everyday I looked forward to sitting down and watching a couple of episodes. Found my escape point, now I get to relax a lot more than before. I’m appreciative of good shows. PS: it’s “Dr. House” incase you wanna stream it

I gave a bag full of clothes out to the building cleaner. I had had those clothes for so long with no idea who to give. I randomly saw her cleaning and thought to give her. Turns out she’s got two girls who’d greatly appreciate having new clothes to wear. It was touching

My son got really sick 😫 🤒 he got a very bad chest infection 😕. I was so afraid 😨 😱 ,he was breathing so heavily. I appreciate his returning to better health. His illness has thoroughly shaken me.
