Fitness

After a long time, i finally decided to get back on my bike.

I cleaned it up, AirPods in, music blasting, maybe even a little drink to go with it.

I’ve had more close calls than i can count, cars nearly hitting me, but i don’t care, when i'm riding, i don’t wanna hear anything except the music.

Sometimes, the only way to quiet the noise inside is to drown it out completely.
Let the music take over, let it fill every corner of my mind, so there’s no space left for anything else.

Because sometimes, 


the only way out ... is escape ...
