Did you end up asking them for a goodwill partial refund? Even if it wasn’t their fault, accidents happen and that would be one way to build loyalty

Yeah -- I had asked if there was something they could do but they came back with a no. And I agree, it would have built a ton of brand loyalty if they did offer to help.
