It’s also very high % of pre-existing relationships (which are 100% people I met IRL) So another way to look at my LP base is: • 80% existing relationships • 10% intros I’ve met IRL • 10% intros I never met IRL From that perspective, 50% of new leads are investors I never met IRL!
