The 3-person Paragraph team spent the last 11 days in Japan as part of a team offsite. It was also the first time (in two years!) that the entire team met eachother. It was very valuable getting in-person time together, and it was long overdue!

Awesome. At CharmVerse we do a team off-site once a year and mix it with a crytpo conference. So we get that face time, meet new members and everyone on our team gets to experience something like DevCon.

i've found that getting valuable in-person time builds teams stronger. i've worked remotely for so long that i make it a point when i'm in person to get some good bonding time. picking the best cadence for these is key so that they don't seem forced. i've found 2-3 times a year is best for me
