Warpcast idea: if someone is in the editor and about to cast a frame, display two small buttons:

- X button, to let them remove the frame embed
- 🔄 button, to force the frame to re-fetch

Would be helpful for paragraph frames since some users have said they

1) prefer the frame didn’t embed in certain circumstances 
2) updated the banner image or title and WC caches the outdated frame image, so I need to go bust the cache manually using frame validator

If builder updates frame, caches frame still remained and don't worked...
