noob question, how is minting a newsletter different from minting an NFT like the one @jacopo.eth launched yesterday?

He is paying for gas and any other associated transaction fees out of pocket, then airdropping the NFT directly to the user.

For Paragraph we charge a small protocol fee for mints, so we would have to cover that as well if we took that approach
