I have no Canadian bank account anymore, so the flow for me is they interac my Wise account, then I convert from Wise CAD to USD, then finally withdraw the USD.

When I need to pay them $CAD it's the same but reversed

Takes several days and a fee gets charged

I think we don’t need Venmo because our 5 banks just use Interac which is fast and free instead

also i do wish it was easier to fund my Apple Cash with Coinbase (my bank accounts are like 5 back-and-forth approvals for some reason)

I had no idea it was different in Canada.  Interesting.  I have been there a number of times but never had to send funds like that there.

100 percent and Etransfer is not the same as Venmo or Pix (Brazil) 

1 - no consistency in email addresses, a pix code makes it the same style for all

2 - no confirmation of who the recipient is
