how do you export frames from figma w all the elements? kind of like a screenshot i googled it couldn't figure it out

You can export as a png or jpg, with the correct frame dimensions. I would recommend you export @2x + to ensure the quality of the image is high. If the frame has logic you will need to export the logic based components individually.
