I am pausing my activity on Warpcast for the foreseeable future due to the current issue with large number of bots.

Recent posts over the past few months have received hundreds of likes and recasts coming mostly from bots.

There is zero chance that bot activity is worse on Warpcast than X. We're just so accustomed to it there that we've trained our muscles to tune it out. 

Whatever's happening with @zachxbt seems specific to him and maybe (?) some other highly visible names. 

Sucks that this is the case for someone we'd like to be here, but I also think he's seeing a narrow instantiation of the experience.

Yes but, I didn’t come here for the equivalent bot experience. If we’re just aiming for the low bar then that’s fine, but farcaster should have done better than this.

Had, I’m sure I’m on the Dan-derank list at this point

I had all the spammers like 6 months ago, barely notice them now. 

There are some people who are just low effort engagement farming, but it’s a very low %

It was a majority of my interactions for long enough to frustrate me to a point of concern
