New UX on Warpcast mobile: channel icons

- Channels now have visual icons
- Discover, join and leave channels by tapping the "All" button (you no longer need the NFT to join)
- New Books and LA channel experiments
- Renamed Following to Home and Highlights to Trending

Love the updates, but I do think some degree of token gating for channels would help shift people off of Discord and serve that relatively high activity web3 population. 

Maybe a flavor of future group DCs could allow token gating, and look like a channel?

Now Channels are kinda Topics.
