Will save the congrats until it is banked. Hope you get a chance to enjoy the holidays. Buying is far less fun. Enjoy! It was the indemnity clause that shocked me. All that due dil & then a material clause I wasn’t ready for towards the end of the process. Hard to negotiate it down too. Wishing you the best! 🚀
