and one more idea
to support new builders:
- Build accepts applications (ideas) from all farcasters within 1-2 weeks
- build team chooses 10 of them
- users vote in nominations for 1 of the projects in the list
- the most popular 2-5 projects receive a "grant" from build
+ consulting support for the creation of the project. 

a builder who has successfully made the project within a month (for example) receives:
- additional grant x5 from the initial grant. Thus, the entire grant will not be issued immediately, but will be issued in stages, which will allow you to figure out unscrupulous builders, or people who are unable to implement the project.
- mention in social networks of build (and marketing support).
- memorable NFT.
- additional points in the talent passport

it will turn out to be a mini-buildathon 🙂
