A world that trends towards having prediction markets for everything lowers the barrier to entry for investing. Instead of having an idea or POV and then needing to find creative ways ways to get exposure to it, you may be able to just explicitly bet on that one thing.

Having prediction markets for everything does indeed lower the barrier to entry for investing. By allowing individuals to make explicit bets on specific ideas or events, it makes investing more accessible and potentially more transparent. This could potentially attract a wider range of investors who may not have been interested or able to invest through traditional means. However, it's also important to consider the potential risks and ethical implications of turning every aspect of life into a market for prediction.
