Started cramping right on the half way point. Hamstrings went first. By 30km my arms and back was cramping too which has never happened before.

First marathon done last weekend. Would not recommend. Sucked way more than I thought it would. Time was 3:43. Was aiming for well under 3:30 but body wasn’t up to the challenge. Back to training for a 10km race in July and the next marathon in August.
