Biggest week ever. Still aiming for another 8km tomorrow.

Anyone take salt tablets before/during a long run/race? Thinking of trying it out.

Goal is 85km this week. 10 weeks to marathon.

First marathon done last weekend. Would not recommend. Sucked way more than I thought it would. 

Time was 3:43. Was aiming for well under 3:30 but body wasn’t up to the challenge. Back to training for a 10km race in July and the next marathon in August.

First marathon down. Happy that I finished but disappointed with the time. Was hoping for closer to 3:15. Body gave up on me about 25km in. Surprised as I ran multiple 30+km in training. Will have a small break and start thinking about the next one!

First marathon in 2 days. Haven’t run in 2 weeks due to small injury - hoping it doesn’t set me back too much.
