Home gym past/present. One of the best investments I've ever made was to integrate workout space as part of living space. Really glad for the innovations of the home gym industry in recent years which make it more possible. We've come a long way since the "Thigh Master".

Have you often felt drained when working out early in the day? I've found personally that my energy is better if I work out earlier, provided I keep my diet higher in protein and a small amount of carbs until the evening. You'll get benefit if you work out midday or evening as well, in any case.

Hey Julia, just saw this reply! Not sure why since my settings look good. Anyway, thank you!!! Yeah, I thought it was an interesting composition. And Bayon is an amazing Buddhist Temple in Cambodia, so its not out of character for its grounds would have some synchronous surprises.

Some kind of plant/fungus/lichen I found which had artfully placed itself within a crater in a stone, complimenting the greens of the mosses. This was Bayon temple in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
