I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

Have you often felt drained when working out early in the day? I've found personally that my energy is better if I work out earlier, provided I keep my diet higher in protein and a small amount of carbs until the evening. You'll get benefit if you work out midday or evening as well, in any case.
