What does it look like when you're "in the zone"?

Developers will often point to being focused on a problem with nothing but a text editor, a terminal, and headphones.

What's your equivalent? Describe it in as much detail as possible.

headphones on, a Lane 8-ish set, usually writing or editing a document. I enter a zone of focus with fluid motion of thoughts with no distractions getting in the way. 

Editing in Lightroom and getting so fixated on a photo that I can't think about anything else until it looks right.
