Excited to be trying out Othership this morning! Abby and I are doing a “Guided Down: Sound Immersion” class

Update: it was AWESOME

Better than I even expected and totally different from something like Bathhouse

Been feeling great physically, mentally, and emotionally all day since taking the class

Great experience, highly recommend!

I did a guided up class a few weeks ago, was great. Would definitely go back
