I’ve been swimming once a week on my cross-training day as part of rehab and am starting to get a bit more comfortable with longer swim sessions. I’ve been trying to stick to a zone 2 effort with the following routine in a 25M pool: - 5X (3 laps free / 1 lap breast for 10 laps) w 1 min recovery Added on an extra 4 laps this morning to cross the mile mark for the first time.
