The scale is very overrated. It tells a story but not the whole picture Weight doesn’t give you the breakdown of muscle and fat The goal is to lose fat not weight. You can lose 10 pounds but if it’s all muscle you are actually in a worse position. If you are getting stronger, then keep going.

The scale is overrated if you're not using it as only one piece in the puzzle of your broader goals and objectives* If you have your macros dialed in + have a consistent training schedule, the scale can be a helpful tool if used properly (weighing same time every morning after a deposit on the throne)
