Should you listen to Tim Cook type people (clearly competent in tech and extremely well respected, but didn’t get their success from a startup) for startup thoughts and advice?

Great q, Cameron. Seeking advice can be life-changing. Before listening to others, though, I'd suggest diving inward first and listening to self. Many leaders try to copy what's worked for others without exploring their own values + discipline.
