Grateful for the chance to speak at the Velocity Institute last week. We discussed the need for work-style diversity within teams + orgs, using the Birkman method as a tool 🔴🟢🟡🔵 Often, orgs over-index on experience (what you've been DOING) and under-index on personality (who you're BEING).
