Workout update: (Happened earlier than expected 💪🏾🙌🏾) In my last cast I mentioned that I would try for 245lb on my tempo back squats … well… I made 275lb happen LFG!!! Huge win after my wisdom teeth surgery that I had a week and a couple of days ago. I was worried that all of my strength would be gone but maybe my body just needed a “resting” reset. Movement: Barbell Back squats Tempo: 3 down/ 2 hold/ 1 up Reps: 5x @ 275lb Round: 1x (previous rounds: 135lb/225lb/245lb - total rounds 4)
