Tough workout today - Partner workout - 2 Rounds - 800m run together then share 100 kettle bell swings and then 100 kettle bell squats BUT every time you change over from Partner to Partner you both sync 5 burpees. Could not quite maintain 25 reps each and paid the burpees penalty. Time cap 35 mins and we sneaked in at 34.59 🀣
