gm Fitcasters! What’s on your workout plan for today? Workout update: today is the last day for my Tempo Trapbar Deadlifts - not sure if I can push as much weight as I did last week (listening to body today) but it will be a good push regardless. Reps: 5x Tempo: 3 up/ 2 hold/ 3 down 🌶️
