gm Fitcasters! New day to shine! What’s on the menu at the gym today? Or in general? Movement of the day: -Battle Ropes: Alternating small waves Love love love battle ropes. There are so many variations… but… you must practice them + keep your body in absolute control!!! If you have ropes accessible, you should 100% incorporate them in your workouts. Note: they can be used for metabolic conditioning/strength endurance… stabilization… power… core strengthening etc. so many options!
